New features in Q-go 5.3 update
Q-go version 5.3 offers new features on top of the improvements that version 5 already delivered. The highlights of version 5.3 include:
* Q-go - SDL Tridion connector: the seamless integration between content management in SDL Tridion and the Natural Language Search engine in Q-go makes life a lot easier for content editors and improves the overall quality of your website. Watch the video here!
* Integrated Keyword Search solution: combine the power of Q-go to handle frequently asked questions with high quality - high relevancy answers with the strength of Google SiteSearch or Microsoft FAST to handle the very detailed or infrequent questions. Read more about integrated Keyword Search.
* Improved processing of "incoming questions": new batch functions allow content analysts to quickly review and process those questions that did not yet provide correct answers on your website.
Next to these major changes, version 5.3 also delivers a lot of smaller improvements, like the HTML validation and spellchecking of the answer, export functions on important reports like user questions and usage of model questions, additional reports like the banner report, and enhanced security by IP filtering by database for the cockpit.
