Amsterdam, 3/12/2009. Q-go hosted its 3rd International User Conference. With presentations by KLM Air France and Forrester Research and workshops hosted by Deutsche Post and ABN AMRO, it was a very interesting day.
Q-go hosted its 3rd International User Conference in the Apollo Hotel in Amsterdam. A large audience of customers from the Netherlands, Germany and Spain listened to updates on the Q-go organization, products and research activities. Next, Jonatufn Browne, Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, had a very interesting presentation on Customer Experience in the digital world. In the afternoon, several Q-go customers (KLM, ABN Amro and Deutsche Post) shared their experiences and organized workshops on several aspects of their implementations. The day ended with a drink in the bar of the hotel, where all participants shared ideas and experiences.
